The German Youth Association " Entschieden für Christus", based in Kassel, is the umbrella organisation of a Christian youth movement of Evangelical character. With the majority sale to Sana Kliniken AG, the EC secures the future of the hospital and gains a strong strategic partner with the clinic operator active throughout Germany. The transaction was completed at the end of November.
