Dr. Eberhard Vetter has broad experience and knowledge in corporate law, in particular in stock corporation and group law. After many years working for companies and holding companies in mechanical engineering and plant construction as well as the insurance and financial services industries, he joined Luther and its predecessor companies in 2003.
This commemorative publication pays tribute to Eberhard Vetter's scientific publications and his commitment to research and teaching in the field of stock corporation and group law. The articles deal with current topics from the entire field of stock corporation and group law, in particular the law of the Supervisory Board.
