Luther wins azur Award for Career Development

The internal training programme DEEP (Digital Education & Experience Programme), which Luther launched in summer 2021 together with the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, provides practice-oriented know-how on technology, business and law. The programme is aimed at both internal and external lawyers and is intended to ensure that clients can be advised more holistically against the backdrop of digitalisation.

"Associates and partners learn about the technical as well as the entrepreneurial side of digital business models and adapt old law for the new world. In the azur survey, young lawyers are enthusiastic about the "first-class" training programme. The waiting list for the next run of the 'Digital Education & Experience Programme' is already full," reads the jury's statement.

The azur award "career development" rewards sustainable success in career planning, training and promotion models. Luther won the category against Görg, McDermott Will & Emery, Morrison & Foerster and SKW Schwarz.

Partner Christian Kuß accepted the award on behalf of Luther in Cologne's Wolkenburg.
