Under the leadership of Luther Luxembourg, Luther's cross-border team supported the buyer, SV, throughout the entire regulatory approval and purchase process (due diligence, regulatory issues, drafting of purchase and employment agreements as well as corporate governance issues). The transaction closed on 1 June 2022.
