A project company of Ärzteversorgungen Niedersachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is acquiring the 19,500 sqm office and commercial complex Bleichenhof in Hamburg city centre for more than EUR 160 million. The project company already owns the city courtyards associated with Bleichenhof.
